PURPOSE:To simply construct a low-cost vibration gyro having excellent detecting sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A detector 26 which comprises a U-shaped driver 21, a pair of coupling parts 22, 23 bent substantially perpendicularly and partially bent and extended from both edges of the driver 21 to outside, and a pair of plates 24, 25 bent and extended substantially perpendicularly from one side edges of the parts 22, 23 with surfaces disposed in the same plane is formed of platelike piezoelectric ceramics. A common electrode 27 is formed over an entire one surface of the ceramics, and driving electrodes 28, 29 and detecting electrodes 31, 32 are formed on parts of both U-shaped legs and the detector 26 of the other surface. |
