PURPOSE:To dispense with the positioning at reinforcing a tape wire terminal and provide excellent working property by providing an adhesive layer adhesive to both the insulating layer and conductor of a tape wire on one surface of an insulating base material. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing sheet having an adhesive layer 2 adhesive to both of the insulating layer and conductor of a tape wire provided on the whole single surface of the upper layer 1E of an insulating base material 1 of the two-layer structure consisting of the upper layer 1E and a lower layer 1F is used. To reinforce the terminal of the tape wire by use of this sheet, insulating layers 3, 4 are removed in the terminal of the tape wire to expose each conductor 5, and the adhesive layer 2 of the reinforcing sheet is brought into contact with one insulating layer 3 and the conductor 5 of the tape wire followed by heating and pressurization. Since the adhesive layer 2 is adhesive to both the insulating layer 3 and the conductor 5, the positioning with the narrow adhesive layer is not required. Namely, when the terminal of the tape wire is reinforced with the reinforcing sheet having the insulating material of double layer structure, satisfactory working property is provided without excessive rigidity. |
