PURPOSE:To obtain the subject diafolase useful for a biosensor and specifically acting on reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) by cultivating a specific strain of a bacterium. CONSTITUTION:The objective diafolase is obtained by inoculating Bacillus sp.-1764a strain (FERM-P-No.13371) having diafolase producing ability in a medium, cultivating under aerobic condition, accumulating it in the medium and harvesting it from the accumulated part. Here, it is preferable to use diafolase for measuring a living body diagnosis component or an enzyme value. |
