PURPOSE:To industrially, continuously and stably obtain a carbon-containing composition stable in properties such as specific surface area, for a long time by using a vertical type reaction furnace and using a water cooling nozzle for introducing a raw material compound into the reaction furnace. CONSTITUTION:At the time of producing a mixed aerosol dispersoid containing a metal oxide and simple carbon by introducing a decomposable metallic compound and a decomposable carbon compound into a hot gas containing steam (2: combustion burner, 1: air introducing pipe) for decomposition of them, the water cooled nozzle 3 is used for introducing the decomposable metallic compound and the decomposable carbon compound into the hot gas and a vertical type furnace is used as the reaction furnace. |
