CONSTITUTION: This applicator assembly 1 is used for application of a cosmetic, and formed by the vessel 2 putting in the cosmetic, casing 3 having an internal opening 32 and external opening 33, a spindle, and the applicator device 5 fixed movably by the spindle in the casing 3.
