<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for winding arm band for measuring blood pressure so as to wind an arm band to a part of a living body with suitable strength. CONSTITUTION:In a process for increasing the tensile force of an arm band 10 so as to reduce the winding diameter of the arm band 10 by turning a driving motor 48 forward after the prescribed quantity of gas is previously supplied and enclosed inside an expansion bag 12 by a step S2-2, when it is decided by a step S2-4 that pressure Pk inside the expansion bag 12 reaches a previously decided value P1, the turn of the driving motor 48 is stopped, and the diameter of the arm band 10 is held. Therefore, the arm band 10 is suitably wound around the upper arm of the living body without requiring skill, and accuracy for measuring blood pressure is prevented from being lowered by the dispersion of relation between the pressure value Pk and the pressing state of an artery caused by the unsuitable winding of the arm band 10.</p> |
