PURPOSE:To keep acceleration controllability in the halfway of cornering consistent with traction performance at the final stage of cornering in the differential limiting torque control which electronically controls the slipping condition of outer wheels at the time of cornering by imparting differential limiting torque between each right and each left drive wheel. CONSTITUTION:A gain setting means (d) is provided, which so sets a gain increment allowable for the side of each outer wheel for a slipping condition at the time of cornering as to be as small as lateral acceleration is great. A differential limiting torque control means (j) is provided, which executes differential limiting torque control in such a way that a target outer wheel slipping condition set in response to the manipulated variable of an accelerator is made as small as lateral acceleration is high, and is made as high as lateral acceleration is low.
