PURPOSE: To establish automatic and accurate mapping of the amount, size, shape, and position of surface flaw of a photographing member by introducing processes to decide the shape, position, or the like of a contaminant. CONSTITUTION: A photographing member 15 has a control and logic circuit 30 for scanner and therewith each frame 18 is scanned upon passing a scanning head and the obtained result is displayed on an image date 300, digitized, transmitted to a memory 210, and stored in memory. A computer 200 includes a photo-disc writing device 350 to form an output apparatus image data 310 to be written in the photo-disc, and the stored data is subjected to a processing, and a report about abnormality is prepared. A scanner device 10 digitizes the picture element value to the composite brightness level of separated red, green, and blue channels. The data 300 is classified to undergo mapping by an image separator 250. From non-cleaned piece of film, image data abnormality is recorded and cleaned, and the second record data set is prepared, which is put in comparison with the first record image data. |
