<p>The invention relates to a cooling device for an electrical power component making use of electrodes, comprising a radiator (1) including a circuit allowing a cooling fluid to flow and a first face (18) for heat exchange with the component to be cooled, characterised in that the device further includes a plate (4) made of a material which is electrically insulating and is a good thermal conductor lying between the said first face of the radiator and a first face of an electrical connection (6) the second face of which is intended to be in thermal and electrical contact with one of the electrodes of the component, the device including means providing the mechanical link between the radiator and the said electrical connection in such a way that the cooling device forms a compact assembly. <IMAGE></p> |
