PURPOSE:To obtain a regenerated plastic raw material not generating the lowering of physical properties at all by completely removing a paint film from painted plastic. CONSTITUTION:Painted plastic is heated by the flame 4 of a gas burner 3 to form a thin molten layer just under a paint film and the molten layer and the paint film 2 are scraped off by a doctor 5 to be removed as paint film refuse to obtain a bamper 1 of plastic having no paint film remaining thereon at all.
