PURPOSE:To play a musical sound which has delicate timbre variation found in the musical sound of a natural musical instrument by controlling timbre variation at the time of attenuation of the musical sound. CONSTITUTION:A waveform generation part 1 supplies an excitation signal S1 corresponding to a musical performance to a closed loop through an adder 2. The closed loop consists of a gain control part 3, a delay circuit 4, and a filter 5 and the excitation signal S1 is multiplied by a gain G supplied to the gain control part 3, circulated as a circulation signal S3, and outputted as a musical sound signal MS. the gain G is determined on the basis of a gain G' set as a preset musical sound parameter and a gain G2' operated and controlled as musical performance expression. |
