PURPOSE:To ensure reduction of consumed power upon starting and combustion and restriction of production of tar in an vaporization chamber, and reduction of any odor produced upon firing. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a burner 20 communicated with a vaporization chamber 11 for vaporizing a fuel, a main fuel nozzle 24 which has a tip end facing to the vaporization chamber 11 for spraying a liquid fuel, and a sub-fuel nozzle 27 for spraying a gas fuel. There are further provided an air heating chamber 14 for heating air with an electric heater 15 and a heat exchanger 17 located upwardly of the burner 20 for heating air with combustion heat. Upon starting, the gas fuel is combusted and combustion heat is supplied through the heat exchanger 17 whereby consumed power is reduced. Further, a fuel is diffused into a hot air for vaporization whereby production of tar onto a vaporization surface is restricted. Furthermore, the burner 23 is preheated with hot air upon starting whereby any odor upon firing is reduced. |
