PURPOSE:To reduce impulse noise at the time of inverting by inversely driving a driving shaft, after that, once stopping the driving shaft just before a first engaging member is engaged to a second engaging member, and continuing the driving. CONSTITUTION:Since a driver circuit 74 is operated by a signal from a CPU73 and a TRIAC Tc1 is turned on, a motor 61 for kneading is started and a first engaging member 23 of a driving shaft 22 is engaged to a second engaging member 35 of a kneading shaft 33. Then, the kneading shaft 33 is regularily revolved in an A-direction. As a result, the kneading of bread materials P is started by a revolving fan 34. At a time Ti after a prescribed time passes, the both driving shaft 22 and kneading shaft 33 are stopped. At a time T2 after several seconds, when the motor 61 starts to be inverted, only the driving shaft 22 is reversely revolved in a B-direction since the engagement between the members 23 and 35 is canceled. When a driving shaft 22 is stopped at a time T3 just before the member 23 of the driving shaft 22 is engaged to the member 35 of the kneading shaft 33, the members 23 and 35 are closed or in a contact condition. Accordingly, when the motor 61 continues reverse driving at a time T4, the impulse is small and the noise is reduced. |
