PURPOSE:To provide a thin film semiconductor solar cell having a rear surface reflecting layer which can obtain high conversion efficiency without influence of processing conditions. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum layer 102A is so formed as to exposed different type metal on a board 101 via fine holes 102B, a rear surface reflecting layer formed by providing a transparent layer 103 of a texture structure having an uneven part of a suitable pitch on a front surface is formed on the metal layer, and a thin film semiconductor junction 104 and a transparent electrode 108 are formed thereon. Thus, a part of the metal which is not affected by influence of partial oxidation is formed to utilize high reflectivity of the metal layer and an increase in series resistance is suppressed, and growth of the structure can be controlled. |
