The ring has a plate (40) which rotates to display one of the decorations (12, 14) on its two surfaces. It has an axle (42) and heads (44, 46) whose surfaces correspond to those of the plate are fixed to each end of it. Two pistons (45, 47) press on the heads to hold them in position.The pistons are held in a cylindrical hole (16, 18) on either side of the opening for the plate (32). Springs in the cylinder press on the pistons to hold them in position. The top of each cylinder is closed (28, 30) and form stops for the heads.
