PURPOSE:To provide the method for industrially producing the ultra-highly heat-resistant protease by isolating the gene of the ultra-highly heat-resistant protease and using the isolated gene. CONSTITUTION:The ultra-highly heat-resistant protease gene expressed with the restriction enzyme map. The method for producing the ultra highly heat- resistant protease is characterized by culturing a transformant produced by introducing a recombined plasmid containing the gene.
