PURPOSE:To obtain a mold for forming capable of forming dumplings stuffed with minced pork without a fear of peeling the peripheral part and penetrating hot water into the interior even in steaming the dumplings while taking out internal air upward by a roll rotating method and providing a good formed shape with excellent adhesion of the peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:This mold is obtained by installing a pair of forming rolls (1a) and (1b) synchronously rotatably provided in an adjacent state side by side, recessed parts (2a) and (2b) for forming capable of forming an ingredient material enclosing part of dumplings stuffed with minced port in mutually corresponding positions on the peripheral surface of both the forming rolls (1a) and (1b) by downward rotation of both the rolls on the adjacent and opposite side, nipping and pressing surface parts (3a) and (3b) for contact bonding and forming the edge parts of the dumplings stuffed with the minced pork continuously from the recessed parts (2a) and (2b) for forming to the rear side in the rotating direction so as to enable the forming of the dumpling stuffed with the minced pork by the rotation of both the forming rolls. Mutually engaging protruding parts (4a) and recessed parts (4b) are formed along the nipping and pressing surface parts (3a) and (3b) prevent the peripheral part of the covering from protruding. A carrier plate 6 having openings 7 is arranged slightly above both the forming rolls and protrusions (7b) protruding inward are formed on the inner periphery of the openings 7 to enable the inward folded state of both side parts of the covering. |
