PURPOSE:To provide a homogeneous constitutive film, and prevent the occurrence of a crack in a thermal spraying object when the constitutive film such as an interconnector or a solid electrolyte film of a solid electrolyte type fuel cell is formed by thermal spraying. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like thermal spraying object 3 is fixed to side plate 4 of a jig body. A surface of the thermal spraying object 3 is rotated at peripheral speed of 400mm/sec--1000mm/sec, for example, in an arrow C direction with a rotary shaft 5 in approximately parallel with the side plate 4 as its center. Thermal spraying of the constitutive material is carried out on the thermal spraying object 3. It is preferable to supply cooling air as shown by an arrow A. |
