PURPOSE:To obtain an organic magnetic substance having magnetic properties stabilized at room temperature by containing polyfuran, polythiophene or polypyrrole derivative having a repetition unit represented in a specific constitutional formula. CONSTITUTION:This is a polymer-made organic magnetic substance which uses a repetition unit represented with a formula I as a component. This is also an organic magnetic substance obtained from the oxidation treatment of a hydroxy group for polyfuran, polythiophene or polypyrrol derivate contained as a component based on a repetition unit represented with formula II. (X is selected from O, S and NH groups in the formula I and the formula II. Y stands for a third class butyr group.) It is also an organic magnetic substance whose spin concentration exceeds 1X10<17>/g.) It is a magnetic toner for electrostatic charge image development, which is a mixture of an organic magnetic substance and an inorganic magnetic substance where the mixing ratio is (95:5) to (60:40). This construction makes it possible to provide a ferromagnetic and organic substance and a low density toner. |
