PURPOSE:To concentrate the radiation heat in one direction by integrally fixing graphite heating fibers on a metal plate via a heat-resistant adhesive having an electric insulation resistance property. CONSTITUTION:A graphite heating fiber raw material 2 is fixed on one face of a metal plate 1 via an adhesive 3. The heat radiated from both faces of the heating raw material 2 is reflected on one face of the metal plate l, the heat quantity is large, and the efficiency is improved. When the metal plate is formed into a curved surface shape, the heat quantity can be concentrated at the position of the focal point. When a silicone adhesive is used for the adhesive 3, it has a high electric resistance value (about 100KOMEGA or above), the heat resistance (about 300 deg.C or above), and good heat conductivity, and it is not broken easily. |
