PURPOSE:To maintain a condition in which flashing light emission is possible constantly by providing a first and second voltage detection circuit to monitor a charge voltage of a main capacitor, stopping charging when a first voltage is reached, and restarting charging when it is decreased to a second voltage. CONSTITUTION:At the time of charging, a controller 20 puts on a switch 70, it makes a charge up display, it monitors a voltage detection circuit 80, and when a charge voltage of a main capacitor 60 reaches a first voltage V of a specified value, it gives instruction to stop charging to a step up inverter 40 to put the switch 70 off. After stopping charging, the controller 20 puts on the switch 70 every specified time to monitor a voltage of the capacitor 60, and when it is decreased to a second voltage V, it gives instruction to restart charging to the inverter 40. A device can thus be maintained in a condition in which flash light emission is possible constantly, and a leak current is restricted to reduce consumption of a battery. |
