CONSTITUTION:This complex seasoning composition for extending a functional processed food is composed of 65-90wt.% glycerol, 15-25wt.% NaCl, 1-10wt.% seawater sylvine, 1-10wt.% tripotassium citrate, 1-5wt.% citric acid, 1-10wt.% trisodium citrate and 1-3wt.% vitamin C.
