PURPOSE:To obtain a readily processable low-cost complex seasoning composition for extending a processed food, having salt (sodium) reducing effects, capable of providing balanced ingestion of minerals and holding the balance of acids and alkalis, excellent in keeping quality and safety and having high functional properties and diet regulating effects. CONSTITUTION:This complex seasoning composition for extending a functional processed food is composed of 65-90wt.% glycerol, 15-25wt.% NaCl, 1-10wt.% seawater sylvine, 1-10wt.% tripotassium citrate, 1-5wt.% citric acid, 1-10wt.% trisodium citrate and 1-3wt.% vitamin C. |
