NOVEL SUBSTANCE DOLASTATIN C AND PHARMACEUTICAL USE THEREOF

摘要

Dolastatin C obtained in pure form by extracting the visceral organ of Dolabella auricularia with an organic solvent followed by chromatographic separation and purification. It has a potent activity of inhibiting the growth of HeLa S3 (human cervical carcinoma) and is useful as an active ingredient of carcinostatic agents.
