<p>PURPOSE:To provide deodorizing equipment for removing soot and odor generated from the material to be cooked. CONSTITUTION:The feeding means 5 of washing water 4 for purifying soot and odor is provided in a shower chamber 3 provided in an air passage 2. A water storage tank 6 for storing washing water 4 is formed in the lower part of the feeding means 5. A blowing fan 17 is provided in the downstream part of the water storage tank 6 in order to lead air and soot or the like before purification to the shower chamber 3 and also to discharge the air after purification. Further a circulation pump 8 is provided to circulate washing water 4 in the water storage 6 to the shower chamber 3. Furthermore a controlling member 12 is provided between the blowing fan 17 and the water storage tank 6 to heat the purified air after dehumidification. A cooling part 14 provided with a cooling promotion member 13 and a heating part 16 provided with a heating promotion member 15 are formed respectively in the controlling member 12.</p> |
