The mfr. system uses a sonotrode crown (54) of an ultrasonic sonotrode (18) for forming a negative hollow mould (64), used in turn to form the sonotrode crown (66) of the machining sonotrode. Pref. the negative mould of the sonotrode crown is formed via a displaced moulding mass (62), which is filled with a plastics mass after hardening, in turn hardened to form the crown of he machining sonotrode. ADVANTAGE - Rapid mfr. with high mfg. accuracy.
