PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated molding having the soft touch by using a laminating sheet having a soft touch layer formed from a resin composition consisting essentially of fine particles composed of a natural polymer and a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:This laminating sheet 1 having a soft touch layer formed by using a resin composition consisting essentially of fine particles of a natural polymer and a thermoplastic resin is extended and brought into close contact with the surface of a female mold 4 by a pneumatic pressure molding. A molding resin is then introduced into a mold cavity 5 and integrated with the sheet.
