PURPOSE:To obtain an image forming device which is simple in structure and easy to be miniaturized by setting the size of a continuous space of a toner carrying member, which moves in circles, to the specific value or more in the carrying direction. CONSTITUTION:The carrying member 31 is a coil spring, is driven by a driving gear 33 in the direction shown by an arrow 31a, and moves in circles along the inside of a carry guide 32. In the part where the carrying member 31 carrying toner after passing through a toner container 35 communicates with a development part 10, when a sufficient amount of toner for a contact part with the carrying member 31 is not stored in a storage part, toner is caused to fall into the storage part by the action of gravity from an opening, below the carrying member 31, which communicates with the storage part and the carrying member 31 provided on the carry guide 32. The opening in the lower part is 1mm or more. That is, in order to cause toner to fall without clogging, a width of 1mm or more is required and preferably 2mm or more. |
