PURPOSE:To prevent welding of a film to a thermal head from occurring at the time of perforation of a thermal stencil paper, to prevent film dusts and an anti-sticking layer coating material from being adhered to the head and to contrive higher running property of the head, by a method wherein an anti- sticking layer comprising a specified phosphoric acid ester type surfactant and polyethylene glycol or polyethylene oxide in combination is provided on the surface of a polyester film laminated on a porous base. CONSTITUTION:The anti-sticking layer is formed from a combination of at least one one phosphoric acid ester type surfactants of formulas I-VI with polyethylene glycol of formula VII or polyethylene oxide. The amount of polyethylene glycol or polyethylene oxide is 10-500pts. per 100pts. of the surfactant. The anti-sticking layer shows a high anti-sticking effect with an extremely small coating amount, an amount of 0.01-0.5g/m<2> being sufficient. |
