CONSTITUTION:The digital data processor consists of clock formation means 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 forming a clock CK1 from input data DTIN, data extraction means 6, 7 extracting the input data DTIN from a clock CK2, signal processing means 8 containing a means detecting the error rate of the input data DTIN and clock timing adjustment means 9, 10, 11, 12 shifting the phase of the clock CK1 based on the error rate. |
