PURPOSE:To bring a placing things into close contact with a lower inside side or to prevent the generation of a void by forming an angle in a specified range by milling the inside corner parts of a channel bar having right-angled inside corner parts. CONSTITUTION:The angles alpha in the inside corner parts where the web part 11 of one side composing the channel bar 1 is brought into contact with flange parts 12, 12 are 85-90 deg. and the length M of the inside corner parts is 0.5-2 times the thickness L of plate. In this way, the placing thing such as a roll is placed on the lower inside side of the channel bar and the both are brought into close contact. And the space of the lower inside side in which the placing thing is placed is sufficiently secured. In the method for manufacturing the channel bar, after a 1st intermediate material is formed, it is formed into a W-shaped 2nd intermediate material and, after that, the angles in the inside corner parts are finished into 85-90 deg. by milling. |
