PURPOSE:To provide a handy video telephone set by which transmission reception of a video signal and a voice signal are attained while supporting a case by one hand. CONSTITUTION:A speaker section 6 is provided to an upper end in front of a longitudinally long case 2 with thin profile and a microphone section 16 is provided to a lower end. Furthermore, a display section 11 and an operation section 14 are provided between them. The camera section 3 is fitted to the case 2 while its angle is able to be changed. The speaker section 6 is removable. When the speaker is removed, an earphone is made available. Thus, the transmission reception of the video signal and the voice signal is implemented without giving hindrance to the behavior of the user. Versatile talking attitude in matching with the content of the information to be communicated is taken. |
