PURPOSE:To facilitate rearranging operation, etc. for data corresponding to the format of cards by storing plural formats in a format data storage means and retrieving or sorting data in an item data storage means according to a selected format. CONSTITUTION:A format condition storage part YJ is stored with display order conditions of respective item data. Another format data storage part Y02 is naturally equipped with a storage part YJ. The format is stored in the card image storage part IM of a 1st format data storage part Y01 and definitions are stored in the definition data storage part TG of the 1st storage part Y01. Another format is generated and defined. Namely, the format is stored in the card image storage part IM of the 2nd storage part Y02 and the definitions are stored in the definition data storage part TG of the 2nd storage part Y02. Then when an operator selects the format in the 2nd format data storage part Y02 as an output format, a processing part P rearranges the data base with the items stored in the condition storage part YJ of the 2nd format data storage part Y02. |
