PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of optical waveguide components with filters which is extremely shortened in the operation time required for filter arrangement. CONSTITUTION:Plural optical element units A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and A8 which have specific optical waveguide patterns are formed on one wafer 1 in parallel so that end parts of the optical element units shift mutually in position by a specific quantity, and a slit 2 which crosses all input/output ports is cut at expected places of the input/output ports of the optical waveguides of the respective optical element units A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and A8 where the filters are to be arranged; and one filter 3 is arranged in the slit 2 and fixed after being positioned, and then the wafer 1 is cut into the respective optical element units A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and A8. |
