PURPOSE:To effectively prevent curl of a paper to be transferred from occurring after printing by using a paper base material having three or more layers consisting of synthetic paper layer car of synthetic paper layer and ordinary paper layer. CONSTITUTION:In a paper to be transferred of a thermal transfer recording material, a paper base material having a structure with three or more layers consisting of synthetic paper layer or of synthetic paper layer and ordinary paper layer is used. For example, on a surface of a base material 3 having paper layer structures of three layers or more 3', 3''..., a dyeing layer 2 is formed so as to form the paper to be transferred. The base material 3 is made of synthetic paper or of synthetic paper and ordinary paper, and at least one layer is made of synthetic paper by all means. By using the base material 3 having such a structure, curl of the paper to be transferred after printing can be prevented effectively. |
