<p>PURPOSE:To produce a refilling material, a road bed material or a filling material for filling the backside or inside of a road by adding sand, a cement and waste plastic ground products to sewage incineration ash and further adding water to the mixture in a volume above a prescribed % prescribed based on the weight of the incineration ash. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic self-hardening property of incineration ash is noticed. The incineration ash or its mixture with sand is, if necessary, mixed with the ground product of waste plastics as a lightweight aggregate, mixed with a cement, and further with poured water to produce a mortar or concrete which has the workability of 'a still non-solidified property' exhibiting the extent of the resistance against the separation of materials required for the production of the soft and uniform mortar or concrete by the difference in the unit volume of water required as a road back-filling material and which is used as the road back-filling material, road inside-filling material, refilling material or road bed material. The amount of the added cement depends on the strength of a required material, etc., but is suitably >=5% for the sewage incineration ash and 10-30% for usual road back-filling materials.</p> |
