<p>PURPOSE:To provide the data collecting method by which a time series relation of each data is not spoiled by arranging each data in order of a time series by the time imparted to this data, and transferring them to a higher rank controller. CONSTITUTION:When a master controller 11 is down, a monitoring period generating part 5 generates a period for collecting monitoring data of an equipment state, and sends a timer interrupting signal 51 for collecting the data to a backup data generating part 6. When a master release signal 22 is received from a master down check part 2, a time stamp check and transmitting data generating part 8 outputs a stop signal 82 for instructing to stop generation of backup data to the generating part 6 and reads in the data in the course of down of the device 11 from backup data 7, executes a check of the data and rearrangement of the time series order, and generates transmitting data 9 transmitted to the released device 11. A master data transmitting part 10 transmits the transmitting data 9 to the device 11 by an actuating signal 81 from the generating part 8.</p> |
