摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the optical disk having excellent weatherability by irradiating the front surface of a plastic substrate or the surface of a moisture permeation preventive film with UV rays prior to formation of an antistatic film, thereby enhancing the adhesive between this plastic substrate and this antistatic film. CONSTITUTION:A recording film 2 and a protective film 3 are formed on the plastic substrate 1. The moisture permeation preventive film is arbitrarily formed on the other side of the substrate 1. The other side of the substrate or the moisture permeation preventive film is then irradiated with the UV rays and the antistatic film 4 consisting of a synthetic resin added with phosphorus-doped tin oxide as a conductive filler is formed. As a result, the adhesive force between the substrate 1 and the film 4 is intensified and the optical disk having the excellent weatherability to prevent the peeling of the film even at and under a high temp. and high humidity. The irradiation dose of the UV rays is preferably 300 to 4000J/cm<2>. The doping quantity of the phosphorus is 3 to 7wt.% of the conductive filler and the average grain size of the conductive filler is preferably <=0.15mum and its content is 25 to 45wt.% of the synthetic resin.
