PURPOSE:To rotates the direction of an observation image to a proper direction by a small-sized structure automatically and associatively with the rotation of an ocular barrel by providing a moving body which engages all cam grooves at all times to have its movement track restricted. CONSTITUTION:Observation optical axes L1 and L2 penetrate a cylindrical stepped fixed cylinder 3, and a straight cam groove C is formed in the large- diameter part 3a of the fixed cylinder 3 in parallel to the observation optical axes L1 and L2. A cam groove C2 which crosses the cam groove C1 is formed in a 1st cylinder 4 fitted rotatably around the large-diameter part 3a of the fixed cylinder 3 to fix and hold the ocular barrel 2 by dovetail. Further, a 2nd cylinder body 7 equipped with an image rotation optical system is fitted rotatably inside the large-diameter part 3, a cam groove C3 which crosses the cam groove C1 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the 2nd cylinder body 7, and a cam pin 10 which is screwed fixedly in a moving ring 9 engages the intersections of the cam grooves C1-C3. When the ocular barrel 2 is rotated, the cam pin 10 which engages the cam groove C2 moves straight in parallel to the observation optical axes L1 and L2. |
