PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer sheet for a print simple and easy to handle of a transfer print to clothes by sequentially coating three types of transparent colloidal films having different melting points on one surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide, paraffin wax, stearic acid and rosin are diluted with petroleum solvent (ratio of 1 to 1), then mixed with an isobutyl alcohol, then heated to 100 to 120 deg.C, and then cooled. A substrate such as a copper plate sheet or the like is coated with this to form a transparent first layer colloidal film. A mixture of a thermoplastic rubber and an antioxidant is heated, melted to prepare solid concentration solution of 25 to 35%. The first film is coated with the mixture to provide a second layer colloidal film. Further, a mixture of the thermoplastic rubber with petroleum resin at a ratio of 1 to 8 is blended with an antioxidant, paraffin wax, polyvinyl wax, and the solvent, heated melted, then filtered and cooled. The second film is coated with the cooled liquid to form a third colloidal film. |
