A tire 1 has inflatable devices 3 capable of expansion and contraction buried in anti-slip grooves 2 in the tire surface air supply ducts 4 coupling the inflatable devices 3 to an air source in the wheel part. Normally, the tire 1 is run with the inflatable devices contracted; but when running on a frozen road or the like, the devices 3 are inflated to give the function and effect of a tire chain.
