PURPOSE:To record conference contents as a multimedia document so as to utilize it by retrieving the conference contents later and variously working them. CONSTITUTION:Right-to-speak transmission/reception part 2 of respective terminals T1-T3 receive right-to-speak generating information from another participant and in response to a right-to-speak applying signal from an input device part 1, right-to-speak moving request and move destination information are transmitted to a server S. In response to the right-to-speak receiving information, a device control part 3 transmits photographed image information of sampled voice information. Based on the right-to-speak moving request or move destination information sent from the respective terminals T1-T3, a right-to- speak recognition part 5 of the server S transmits right-to-speak generating information to the relevant terminal equipments T and manages the existence of the right to speak at present. A conference content preservation part 5 turns speaking information from the terminal equipments T1-T3 shown by the right-to- speak existence information from the right-to-speak recognition part 5 to the multimedia document and saves it in a data base 7. |
