PURPOSE:To automatically make an image and a report correspond to each other that has been executed by a transcriber, to reduce the burden on the transcriber and to reduce error by selectively displaying the image to perform image-reading, converting data concerning the image to a DTMF (dual tone multifrequency) signal and recording it in a tape recorder together with a voice generated by an image-reading person. CONSTITUTION:When image data and an image ID(identification number) are selected and outputted by an image data base 1, the image is displayed at an image display device 2, and the image ID is sent to a DTMF encoder 4. The DTMF encoder 4 supplies a modulated output to a tape recorder 5 by performing DTMF modulation respectively to the start mark of the image ID and the image ID, and a DTMF signal is recorded on a tape. Afterwards, when the image-reading person generates diagnosed contents as the voice while observing the image corresponding to voice recording enable information from the DTMF encoder 4, the voice is recorded from a voice input means 6 to the tape recorder 5. |
