<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption of precharging a programming circuit. CONSTITUTION:A function for generating a final address signal EAD which indicate a final address of a first cycle is provided in an address counter, 1 for sequentially generating address signals AD1, AD2. The address deciding circuit has a precharge control circuit 2 and a circuit for generating a precharge signal PC until the signal EAD is input. The deciding circuit also has an address holding circuit 6 for fetching and holding the signals AD1, AD2 when an output signal of an output circuit 4 is a high level. The deciding circuit also has a deciding circuit 7 for outputting an address hit signal ADH when an output of the circuit 6 coincides with the signals AD1, AD2.</p> |
