PURPOSE:To improve mar resistance, smoothness and gloss of the surface, by a method wherein an ultraviolet curing resin composition is applied to the surface of a thermoplastic resin film and photo setting of the same is performed by applying ultraviolet rays to the same. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body is obtained by a method wherein a metallic plate and premolded thermoplastic resin film are stuck to each other by making use of a resinous adhesive agent, then a photo-setting acrylic resinous composition is applied to a film and after the scattering of a solvent through drying, ultraviolet rays are applied to the dried resin composition by decorating the same with an unevenness pattern as required. In addition, the laminated body may be obtained by performing adhesion of the metallic plate and thermoplastic resin film to each other by a method wherein a primer is applied beforehand to the metallic plate, then extrusion lamination of a molten thermoplastic resin film to the surface of the primer and then application, drying and photo setting of a photo-setting acrylic resin composition are performed. The laminated body is superior in surface hardness, weather resistance and chemical resistance and possesses heat forming properties as well. |
