The dispenser (4) is screwed onto a glass container (1) by a threaded section (5) and sealed by a lip (6) to the container neck surface (3). The outer section (15) is fixed by a screw thread (17) to the inner section (10) so as to be adjustable. The separation between two sections (10 and 15) forms a measurement chamber (19) whose volume is adjusted by turning one section (15) on a screw (17). The cap section (28) is a deformable membrane. By inverting the container, liquid fills the cavity (30) and drain at an overflow tip (8). Measured volume is then dispensed by moving a cylindrical valve (23) to allow outflow via an opening (19a) from measurement cavity and a spigot (25) under pressure from membrane deformation (29).
