3-AZABICYCLO[3.2.1]OCTANE DERIVATIVE, PRODUCTION THEREOF, AND USE THEREOF

摘要

An optically active 3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivative represented by general formula (1), wherein C<*> represents an asymmetric carbon atom, or a pharmacologically active acid-addition salt thereof, and an antischizophrenic agent containing the same as the active ingredient. The derivative and the salt have not only an antischizophrenic effect without accompanied by any extra-pyramidal side effect but also the effect of relieving the side effects caused by the existing antischizophrenic agents, thus being useful as an antischizophrenic agent free from side effects.
