Enterobacteria, and in this case, in particular, salmonellae, repeatedly lead to infectious diseases hazardous for humans and animals. Surprisingly, it has been shown that a brief exposure of the foods to an ultrasonic frequency between 10 kHz and 100 kHz leads to destruction of these pathogenic bacteria. |
