PURPOSE:To attempt to improve reaction efficiency of a chemical reaction or an enzyme reaction wherein a gas is required in a gas dissolving apparatus with high gas-dissolving efficiency. CONSTITUTION:In a storing tank 21, a pressure frame 23 feeding a gas into a liq. under pressure and a stirring device 25 which stirs the liq. and moves it downward is provided below this pressure frame 23. As gas feeding under pressure is performed thereby at the gas-liq. interface around the opening 23a of the pressure frame 23 and dispersion of the existing dissolved gas is efficiently performed at the liq. face of the storing tank 21, it is possible to dissolve efficiently the gas. In addition, in a bioreactor 40 equipped with a gas dissolving apparatus like this, it is possible to improve reaction efficiency as a liq. culture medium can be fed to an immobilized enzyme 41 in the storing tank under a condition where gas is efficiently dissolved.
