PLANE TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: To obtain a transformer whose output rating is increased by weakening the skin effect and the proximity effect. CONSTITUTION: An 'E shaped' leg 106 having first and second windows 128 and 130 and a central leg 110 are included. First and second conductive plates 320 and 322 surround the central leg 110 through the first and second windows. The first and second conductive plates 320 and 322 are arranged substantially in parallel. The first and second electric paths are formed around the central leg 110, respectively. First and second lateral conductor parts 324 and 326 are connected to the first end of the first electric path and to the first end part of the second electric path. The second end of the first electric path is connected to the second end of the second electric path. The first and second conductor plates are connected so as to realize the above described connections. Thus, the parallel electric connections are formed between the first and second conductive plates 320 and 322.
