FORMATION METHOD OF PATTERN FOR MAGNETIC DETECTION OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR

The method forms the pole detection pattern group to detect a pole according to the magnetizing number of magnetic poles and the connecting way of driving coil, arranges the pattern group (MRi) on a PCB at equal angles. By keeping a commutation angle constant and switching a current supply to the driving coil, the method improves a torque characteristic, decreases a production cost and increases a productivity.
